Are you a highly- driven individual with a solid experience in sales and business development? One of Bali’s pioneering Property Development companies is looking for a Head of Sales to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate is responsible for developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head to head opportunities.

Requirements :

  • Open for Expat Candidates.
  • Min. seven years of sales experience in a similar field 
  • Exceptional management skills encompassing Sales Development Representative (SDR) and Account Executive (AE) functions, with a proven history of consistently exceeding ambitious sales quotas.
  • Deep understanding of sales principles and practices sets you apart, enabling you to guide and inspire team members to reach their full potential.
  • Strong analytical prowess and quantitative acumen, leverage hard data, metrics, and market insights to make informed decisions, recommend effective strategies, and drive action.
  • Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Thriving in high-pressure situations, you exhibit remarkable problem-solving skills, excel in deadline-driven environments, pay meticulous attention to detail, and skillfully juggle multiple priorities with ease.
  • Your leadership acumen shines, demonstrated through your ability to build cohesive and high-performing teams while fostering a culture of trust, motivation, and excellence.

Responsibilities :

  • Take charge of developing comprehensive plans and strategies to expand our business and achieve ambitious sales goals that push the boundaries of success.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leaders, the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), and senior management in shaping the sales plan, leveraging your expertise to provide accurate forecasts, insightful KPI reporting, and strategic guidance for organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting, and future growth.
  • Pave the way for success by implementing a systematic and innovative approach to identifying and engaging potential clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, activating accounts, and nurturing long-lasting customer relationships.
  • As a passionate product evangelist, you’ll have a hands-on role in closing major deals and securing pivotal contracts, leaving an indelible mark on our company’s success story.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and synergy by working closely with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams, harnessing collective strengths to seize every sales opportunity and create a cohesive and impactful environment.
  • Define the inbound lead requirements that will unlock our sales potential, and implement strategies to ensure a steady stream of qualified prospects.
  • Provide clear visibility into the sales pipeline, giving real-time insights into progress at each stage of development and empowering strategic decision-making.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships and foster relationships with key clients, both within and outside the organization, building a network that drives growth and success.
