One of Bali’s leading hotel and resort groups is searching for a Marketing and Communications Manager to join their team immediately for a new rooftop bar, restaurant and nightclub concept.

The ideal candidate will play an essential role in developing and executing marketing strategies that capture the essence of the brand and engage target audiences. You will be responsible for creating compelling marketing campaigns, building brand awareness, and fostering a strong online and offline presence. 

Requirements:

  • Open for local candidates only.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
  • Strong understanding of branding and the ability to create content that embodies the brand identity.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian language.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual aesthetics.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the management team to ensure the brand identity aligns with the venue’s values and spirit.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging and visual elements.
  • Create comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns that reflect the alluring, surreal, vibrant, whimsical, liberating, and loving qualities of the brand.
  • Monitor industry trends and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Generate engaging and creative content for various platforms, including social media, website, email marketing, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce visually stunning and captivating content.
  • Manage and curate social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and interaction with followers.
  • Grow our social media presence and engagement by creating shareable and relatable content.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local media outlets, influencers, and partners to secure press coverage and collaborations.
  • Organise events and promotions to enhance brand visibility.
  • Analyse marketing data to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements.
