Each candidate put forward has been qualified and vetted by our recruitment team. A thorough candidate summary report, background profile and references will also be provided.

How quickly can you find me the candidate I need?
We are highly confident in what we do and have a proven track record of filling most positions within a month from our strong, diverse talent pool. However, timing may vary depending on the sector, scope and responsibilities of the role. -
How does your fee structure work?
Our fees are fixed and are success based. We work on a transparent fee structure according to the salary level and have a minimum fee. Please get in touch with us to discuss our fee structure in more detail according to the level of candidate you are searching for. -
What is the typical contract length for candidates and probationary period?
Employers will typically offer a three-month probationary period contract. Once the probationary period has been successfully achieved, the employer will share a year’s contract. -
What happens if the candidate does not pass the probationary period?
We offer a guarantee during the standard three months probationary period that if the candidate does not complete it, we will replace that candidate at no additional fee, one time only. -
Do you provide references?
Yes, a thorough candidate summary report, background profile and references will be provided. -
Are salaries paid gross or net in Bali?
Employers offer a gross salary to employees, and when wages are paid, BPJS, employment tax % is deducted from the amount received. -
What is BPJS?
BPJS is social security which, by labour law, all companies must provide to all employees. There are 2 types of BPJS.
BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (Social Security Administering Body) is a public legal entity tasked with protecting all workers through 4 employment social security programs.
BPJS Kesehatan (Social Security Agency of Health) is a social security agency in Indonesia that provides universal health care to its citizens.

How does employment tax work in Bali?
Employment tax applies to all employees in a company. The company will report the employment taxes monthly, and at the end of the year, the company must provide each employee with their tax receipt form to submit a personal tax return.
The taxes vary depending on salary. The range of personal income tax lies between 5%- 35%, calculated on the total annual salary per person.
For the tax calculation, the salary, bonus/commission, BPJS, marital status, and the number of dependents (for married +kids) are assessed for the final calculation.

How do I set up a legal entity in Indonesia in order to be able to hire local candidates for my business?
You must firstly set up a company called a (PMA) before being able to hire local staff.

How do I set up a legal entity in Indonesia in order to be able to hire expat candidates for my business?
The company should be a PT company with a minimum, medium size of capital or PMA. Once the company license is complete, the company can use the license to apply for expat staff.
In order to employ expat staff, the company must hire a minimum of 10 local staff to one expat member of staff.

What are the typical employment benefits offered to candidates in Indonesia?
For all Indonesian candidates, BPJS is mandatory, and employers can choose from two types.
It is up to the employer if they wish to extend additional benefits such as lunch allowance, petrol allowance, housing, expat health insurance or relocation package.
Please note for all our expat candidates, your employer will sponsor a working visa.
