A property construction and investment company specialising in building luxury off-plan villas in Bali is seeking a CEO to join their team immediately to launch a luxury property agency.

The CEO will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth while leading a dynamic team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury property sales, with a proven track record of success in the Bali market. Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers, and industry professionals. 

Requirements:

  • Open to Expat candidates only.
  • Min. five years experience in International Real Estate.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record in luxury property sales, with a focus on international markets as well as asset management and project development.
  • Deep understanding of global real estate trends, regulations and market dynamics. 
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team, make strategic decisions and achieve the company’s goals. 
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers, and industry professionals.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English.
  • Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute business plans that drive growth and development at an international level. 
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn, particularly in navigating Bali’s unique real estate market.
  • Previous experience in overseeing operations, including budgeting, staffing and performance management. 
  • Knowledge of multiple languages and intercultural skills will be advantageous. 
  • Willing to travel to meet clients, explore new markets and participate in industry events. 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with luxury property agencies overseas to expand market reach and drive sales.
  • Develop and implement strategies to sell luxuryproperties, catering to a wider range of buyers.
  • Oversee lead management processes to ensure efficient conversion of leads into sales opportunities. 
  • Execute targeted B2B advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure all sales materials are prepared and optimised for maximum impact.
  • Explore diverse villa market options to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Engage with potential buyers actively, nurturing client relationships to facilitate successful sales transactions.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
