One of the United Kingdom’s leading manufacturers of premium bathroom products, including toilets, taps, showers, and other accessories is searching for a Sales & Business Development Executive to join their team immediately to grow their business in Bali. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and promoting company products to key clients in Bali, including property developers, architects, interior designers, and contractors. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the local market, and the ability to work collaboratively with the Head Office team in London.

Requirements: 

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the interior design, construction, or building materials industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Bali market, with existing connections and relationships in the property development and design sectors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate product features and benefits to diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams and across different time zones.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Bali region as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand the company presence in Bali and the surrounding region.
  • Identify and prioritise potential clients, including property developers, architects, interior designers, and contractors, through market research and networking efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions using the company product range.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new business and project opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head Office team in London to provide market insights, feedback, and updates on sales activities in the Bali region.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and timely delivery of products to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and expand the company’s network in Bali.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress against targets and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Uphold the values and reputation of the company by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
