A Bali based Architecture Firm is looking for a Junior Architect to join their team immediately.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is detail oriented, has strong problem-solving abilitites, an excellent understanding in architectural, and also able to communicate ideas visually.
Requirements :
- Open for local candidates.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum one year of experience in an architectural firm or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
- Strong design sensibility and ability to communicate ideas visually through sketches, renderings, and diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eligibility to pursue architectural licensure is desirable.
Responsibilities :
- Produce detailed drawings, renderings, and models using CAD software and other design tools.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and site visits to gather project requirements and feedback.
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant factors affecting design decisions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems into design plans.
- Assist in preparing and coordinating construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Review and respond to requests for information (RFIs) and submittals during the construction phase.
- Maintain organised project files, records, and documentation.
- Prepare BOQs based on tender drawings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in architecture and design.
