Are you a talented individual with solid experience in social media and marketing? One of Canggu’s on trend shopping and retail spaces selling island fashion and jewellery essentials is looking for a Social Media Manager to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate must have an understanding of fashion trends, strong communication skills, graphic design expertise, effective social media management, campaign performance analysis, creativity in marketing strategies, and awareness of legal and ethical aspects in interacting with the audience and external parties.

Requirements 

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Minimum 2+ year’s previous experience.
  • Proven portfolio that demonstrates your design skill set and passion for branding and design.
  • Fast mover and self-motivated, able to turn around tasks quickly and to a high standard.
  • Solution focused, positive mindset and enjoy being both collaborative & working solo.
  • Animation & graphic design skills are a plus.
  • Understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) to improve online visibility.
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations related to online marketing and social media.
  • Experience using graphic design software.
  • Ability to write well to create engaging and informative content.
  • Ability to interpret data and make strategic changes based on analysis results.

Responsibilities

  • Concepting and creating visually engaging and aesthetically elevated digital and printed assets for a range of fashion and travel brands based in Bali.
  • Work closely with the wider teams to produce all digital and print artwork for marketing campaigns, website, EDM’s, social media, print collateral, packaging and internal marketing requirements.
  • Collaborating with the teams to bring design concepts to life that will excite customers, brand partners and clients.
  • Concept, design and produce visual designs and support brand concepts for all campaigns including brand collaborations, campaigns, promotions, EDMs, social media assets, digital ads, web and print assets.
  • Creating digital marketing content for use across all channels, designed to captivate our consumers and elevate the brand.
  • Managing Social Media Channels and Email Marketing.
  • Managing Ambassador & Influencer Program.
  • Creating and evolving existing templates to deliver a highly engaging customer and brand experience.
  • Manage in-house printing of all branded POS and print collateral.
