Graphic Designer – Hospitality and Wellness Project (Canggu)

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in crafting visually compelling content across various platforms, including print and digital mediums. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a passion for wellness, and the ability to translate concepts into captivating visuals that align with brand identity.

Requirements:

• Open for local candidates only.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the hospitality or wellness industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or other design software.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality design work that exceeds expectations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of photography and image editing techniques is a plus.
• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and creative solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills (Good level of English and Indonesian). 

Responsibilities: 

• Conceptualise and design Marketing Materials: Create engaging visual content for promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and advertisements, adhering to brand guidelines and design principles.
• Digital Design: Design visually appealing graphics for digital platforms, such as social media posts, website banners, email newsletters, and digital advertisements, optimising designs for online visibility and engagement.
• Branding and Identity: Assist in maintaining and evolving the company brand identity, ensuring consistency across all design collateral and communications.
• Photography and Image Editing: Collaborate with photographers to capture high-quality images of the property, amenities, and wellness activities. Edit and retouch images as needed to enhance visual appeal.
• UI/UX Design: Work closely with the digital team to design intuitive user interfaces and enhance user experience for company website and mobile applications.
• Print Production Management: Coordinate with external vendors and printers to ensure the timely production and delivery of print materials, maintaining quality standards and attention to detail.
• Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and operations, to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and execute integrated campaigns.
• Stay Updated with Design Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design, incorporating innovative ideas into design projects to maintain company competitive edge.
