Are you a talented individual with solid experience in social media? One of London’s most unique designer jewellery brands has recently opened a boutique in Canggu, Bali and they are looking for a Social Media Manager to join the team immediately. 

The ideal candidate should have strong skills in managing social media platforms, experience in content strategy and analytics, creativity in producing engaging content, and exceptional communication skills to interact with audiences and strengthen the brand identity online.

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Min. two years of related experience in a similar field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager.
  • In-depth understanding using Shopify, Canva, and Photoshop.
  • Basic graphic design skills for social media, using tools like Photoshop, Canva, and basic video/reel editing.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia. 
  • Ability to organise a daily workload by priorities.
  • Proven track record in ad management with measurable results.
  • Ability to write well to create engaging and informative content.
  • Strong experience in managing social media partnerships and collaborations.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Works well in a team environment but is also self-motivated.
  • Interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and schedule engaging social media content, including posts, stories, reels, and live broadcasts, with a focus on Instagram, and optimisation of the Instagram Shop.
  • Regularly conducting performance analysis using social media analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness, monitor trends, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Create basic graphic designs using tools like Photoshop and Canva, as well as perform basic video and reel editing for visually appealing content.
  • Build and manage partnerships and collaborations with influencers, businesses, and brands to expand reach and engagement.
  • Actively engage with followers, respond to direct messages (DMs), interact with comments, and cultivate a sense of community.
  • Provide creative direction and strategic input for photoshoots and video content production, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
