Site Supervisor – Property Re-Development (Canggu)

Are you a highly- driven individual with extensive project management experience? You will be responsible for managing all aspects to monitor the progress of construction projects and ensure compliance with construction safety regulations and  supervising construction workers and subcontractors, educating construction workers on site safety practices, and evaluating employee performance. You will be liaising with a variety of other teams and helping to keep a project on track.

You will be managing multiple renovation projects at a time, which requires a high level of coordination and attention to detail. The company is a design forward organisation with a strong commitment to excellence. 

Requirements :

• Open for Local or expat candidates.
• A Professional with a Bachelor Degree background in related field
• Minimum two years of experience is required for this position.
• Proven work experience as a Supervisor or any department in a construction company.
• Having English proficiency is preferred.
• Good attention to detail especially in time schedule progression reading and analysis.
• Able to operate AutoCad, Shop drawing, Time Schedule.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
• Critical thinker and possessing troubleshooting ability.
• The ability to work in a team and to negotiate.
• Based in Bali, able to join immediately.

Responsibilities :

• Overseeing the progress of all construction activities, ensuring they are executed efficiently and according to plans and specifications.
• Ensuring all on-site workers adhere to the health and safety regulations.
• Evaluating the performance of on-site workers, monitoring their productivity, and providing feedback or training as needed to improve efficiency and quality of work.
• Regularly checking inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers to place orders for building materials, ensuring timely availability for uninterrupted construction progress.
• Ensuring all equipment used on-site is properly maintained, functioning correctly, and in good condition, arranging for repairs or replacements as necessary.
• Ensuring the workers follow the time schedule and site safety procedures.
• Maintaining an accurate attendance report of all construction site workers.
• Communicating the progress report to the Construction Site Manager/Project Manager.
• Ensuring project completion as per the set timeline.
• Attending any on-site meetings or events.
