One of Bali’s leading Interior Design & Architecture Studios specialising in creating innovative and personalised spaces is looking for a Head of Project Management to join their team immediately.  

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with the design and production team, clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects

are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards. You will also manage customer interface, contractual obligations, timelines, and the entire company’s project timelines, including key milestones.

Requirements :

  • Open for local and expat candidates.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management within the interior design or construction industry.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities coupled with effective communication skills.
  • Proven proficiency in utilising project management software and Excel for effective project execution.
  • Excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project objectives within budget and schedule constraints.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.

Responsibilities :

Project Management:

  • Oversee the project management process, ensuring seamless coordination among the design team, clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, focusing on timelines, budget adherence, and quality standards.

Resource Management:

  • Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials,to support project requirements and timelines.
  • Monitor resource utilisation, adjusting as necessary to optimise efficiency and ensure project success.

Financial Management:

  • Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage project budgets.
  • Monitor project expenses, track financial performance, and implement cost control measures to ensure profitability.

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of design and project execution. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any deviations or deficiencies.

Health and Safety Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices within the studio and on project sites.
  • Implement measures to mitigate risks and promote a safe working environment.

Customer Interface and Contractual Obligations:

  • Manage customer interactions, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee contractual obligations, ensuring compliance and timely resolution of any issues.

Timeline Management:

  • Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and projects progress according to schedule.
  • Manage the entire company’s project timelines, including key milestones.
