One of Bali’s leading Interior Design & Architecture Studios specialising in creating innovative and personalised spaces is looking for a Production Staff to join their team immediately.
The ideal candidate has experience in managing the production of furniture and interior decorations, understands manufacturing processes and equipment usage and has strong organisational skills to schedule production and fulfill orders.
Requirement :
- Open for local candidates.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Business, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Production Coordinator or similar role in Interior Design.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in productivity and project management tools.
- Good communication skills.
- Pays attention to detail to ensure high product quality.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate flooring, wall, and paint color sample approval processes after the storyboard approval.
- Generate and manage purchase orders for approved materials.
- Source lighting options, obtain approvals, and submit pricing to relevant departments.
- Prepare sanitary and appliance orders with low, medium, and high comparisons for client selection.
- Oversee fixed furniture samples, obtain client sign-offs, and manage purchase orders.
- Create and manage purchase orders for electrical, loose furniture, art, and cleaning services.
- Initiate sourcing list requests and manage purchase orders for various items.
