Are you a highly- driven individual with  experience in Sales & Marketing? One of Bali’s Natural Water Filter companies is looking for an Inbound Sales/Marketing Customer Service Representative to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate needs to be responsible for finalising agreements with new clients and fostering connections with existing clients. A significant portion of your responsibilities and tasks revolve around upselling and following up inquiries.

Requirements :

  • Local candidate only.
  • Min. two years of related experience in a similar field.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A good understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • A customer-centric mindset and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and other relevant technologies. 
  • Effective time management skills. 
  • A team player. 
  • Proficiency in both English and Indonesian languages.

Responsibilities :

  • Take on the responsibility of managing and addressing all incoming inquiries through phone and email channels, either referring customers to the appropriate department or handling their requests directly.
  • Cultivate and maintain distributor relationships, overseeing inventory management and sales processing.
  • Facilitate all sales transactions via the website, Tokopedia, and Shopee platforms.
  • Proactively reach out to leads, aiming to close sales and achieve targets.
  • Manage the CRM database, ensuring accurate customer profile input and maintenance.
  • Compile daily customer statistics and generate filter renewals, reminders, and promotional messages using WhatsApp Business and email.
  • Prepare weekly reports on sales performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the logistics team to keep stock updated and communicate with outbound sales representatives.
  • Take charge of sending bi-monthly newsletters and updating the blog and website.
  • Demonstrate expertise in handling complex customer service complaints, showing comfort in making independent decisions.
