A Bali based Visa/Kitas Agency is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team immediately.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of visa/kitas application processing, attention to detail, and computer skills, among other qualifications. Successful agents are able to process applications accurately and efficiently, manage appointments, maintain records, and resolve customer issues while adhering to regulations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred. 
  • Prior experience in customer service or visa/kitas application processing is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and the local language is essential for communicating with customers, providing information, and processing applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are essential in customer service roles, as agents need to interact with customers in a polite and friendly manner while addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills such as data entry, email, and web browsing is essential. Familiarity with visa/kitas processing software or database management is an advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of the visa/kitas application process, regulations, and requirements is necessary for assisting customers with their applications.
  • Able to process applications accurately and efficiently while adhering to strict guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities :

  • Assisting customers with their visa/kitas application process, answering their queries, and providing information about the application status.
  • Accurately process applications and documents while adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Manage and schedule customer appointments while ensuring smooth operations of the office.
  • Keep records of all applications and maintain a database of customers’ information for future reference.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues and concerns while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Thorough understanding of the visa/kitas application process and regulations and ensure that all applications are processed in accordance with established guidelines.
