HR Officer – Digital Marketing Agency (Umalas)

Are you an experienced, energetic individual with solid experience in the HR Industry? One of Bali’s leading Digital Marketing Agencies is looking for an HR Officer to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate is responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including, orientation, and training of new staff members, and managing payroll.

Requirements :

• Local candidates only.
• Minimum one year of relevant experience in Human Resources.
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/Law/relatable degree
• Labour Relations certification
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written in English
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities :

• Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
• Responsible for monitoring and evaluating employee performance to ensure adherence to company standards and goals.
• Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
• Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
• Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
• Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
• Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
• Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
