Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in network administration, system administration, and technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, server administration, and information security principles.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues across various platforms and environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with staff members and guests.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience in the hospitality industry or a similar environment is preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills (Good level of English, Indonesian and technical language).
Responsibilities:
Network Administration:
- Maintain and administer the organisation’s networks, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise to ensure optimal uptime and performance.
- Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against unauthorised access and cyber threats.
System Administration:
- Manage and administer servers, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of server resources, including data backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimisations to improve efficiency and reliability.
Technical Support:
- Provide technical support and assistance to staff members and guests experiencing IT-related issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, diagnose root causes, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve complex technical issues.
Information Security:
- Implement and enforce information security policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive data and protect against data breaches.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate potential threats.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity trends and best practices to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Technology Procurement and Management:
- Assist in the procurement and deployment of hardware, software, and IT equipment.
- Manage inventory and asset tracking systems to ensure accurate records of IT assets.
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Documentation and Training:
- Create and maintain documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals.
- Provide training and support to staff members on IT-related topics, including software applications and security awareness.
