Executive Marketing Manager (Canggu)

Are you a proactive individual with strong leadership skills? A Bali-based real estate agency is searching for an Executive Marketing Manager to join their team immediately.The ideal candidate is well organized and up to date with the latest marketing trends.

Requirements:

• Both local and expat candidates will be considered
• Work experience on an executive level in Digital Marketing, Corporate Social Media, SEO, Content Development and/or Brand Development
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English
• Management skills, paired with an independent, pro-active and goal-oriented working attitude
• Confident to work and manage tools such as Google products, SEM Rush, SM tools, photo & video editing software etc
• Being a leader instead of a follower
• Full time work employment based in Canggu – Bali

Responsibilities:

• Building and executing marketing strategies to grow online presence and increase lead generation
• Independently develop strategies, set target goals, and supervise all marketing activities
• Coordinate and optimize Google AdWords campaigns incl. Display Ads
• Implement and develop corporate branding incl. CI & CD
• Target content development through various channels (Social Media, internal blog posts, website content, PR, property descriptions)
• Extended Keyword analysis and guidelines for SEO, Google Ads & general content
• Coordinate SEO development via SEM Rush or similar products
• Newsletter maintenance and development via Mailchimp
• Plan, analyse and supervise Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns (FB Ads, IG Ads, Reels, Videos)
• Google Consultant Liaison
• Ongoing research to stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends
