Are you a highly motivated individual with a strong background in retail & e-commerce? One of London’s leading Jewellery Brands has recently opened a boutique in Canggu, Bali and is looking for an E-commerce Manager to join their team immediately. 

The E-commerce Manager is responsible for effectively managing and growing the jewellery brand’s online from e-commerce platform management to marketing and client relationships.

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Min. three years of related experience in a similar field.
  • Proficiency in Shopify for e-commerce platform management.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and Photoshop for data analysis, documentation, and image editing.
  • Experience with wholesale operations is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Canva for marketing materials is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Klaviyo for email marketing campaigns is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in the fashion industry, especially in jewellery, is preferred.
  • A Creative Thinker.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop strategies to improve the overall customer experience on the E-Commerce platform.
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of customer order fulfilment, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement plans to enhance the technology and infrastructure of the E-Commerce business.
  • Utilise data analytics to derive actionable insights that drive business decisions and contribute to commercial success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to support the growth and success of the business.
  • Leverage proficiency in Shopify, Excel, Canva, and Photoshop to optimise and enhance various aspects of the E-Commerce business.
  • Implement and oversee digital marketing strategies to promote the E-Commerce brand.
  • Bring experience working in the fashion industry, particularly with international distribution, to the role.
  • Communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.
  • Demonstrate organisational skills, creativity, and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Be a self-starter who can independently drive initiatives and projects forward.
  • Exhibit a strong interest in personal and professional growth within the company.
