Are you an experienced, creative individual with a solid background in Digital Marketing? One of Bali’s leading organic wellness and natural product brands is searching for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the brand’s online presence and sales by working on various marketing campaigns. Their duties include researching, strategising with other professionals and creating content for successful campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Open for Local candidates.
  • Min. three years experience in a similar field.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Web Development, or a related field. Background in Health Sciences or Sustainable Farming is a plus.
  • At least three years in digital marketing and web development, preferably in the health, cosmetics, or supplement sector.
  • Specific Profile or Characteristics: Passion for public health and sustainable practices. Should resonate with the company’s mission of public-first approach and sustainability.
  • Mastery in website and e-commerce platform development (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
  • Proficient in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
  • Skilled in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and related digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience with content creation software like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Fluent in English & proficiency in Indonesian/Balinese is an asset.

Responsibilities: 

  • Crafting and executing strategies to enhance the visibility and recognition of the company’s products.
  • Ensuring the company’s online store provides an optimal user experience and is fully SEO-optimised to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Creating and curating content that aligns with the company’s unique brand voice, highlighting our unwavering commitment to public health and our ethical, organic product ethos.
  • Implementing strategies to improve online visibility, making certain that the company stands out in relevant health, cosmetic, and supplement searches.
  • Devising and overseeing integrated online and offline marketing campaigns to effectively promote the company’s brand.
  • Constantly gathering and analysing customer feedback to refine and adapt marketing strategies, ensuring our approach remains innovative and customer-centric.
