Are you an experienced, creative individual with a solid background in Digital Marketing? One of Bali’s leading tourist venues is searching for a Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Manager to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimising the company’s online presence, ensuring that digital marketing and e-commerce efforts work harmoniously to achieve maximum results in alignment with the company’s mission and departmental goals. This role involves strategic planning, coordination, and collaboration with various teams across the organisation.

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in Digital Marketing and E-commerce is required, along with relevant education and training in the same field.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the Hospitality/Tourism sector.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
  • Proficiency in using Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Canva, or similar office software, is a must.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, would be advantageous.
  • Exceptional organisational skills are required to effectively manage tasks and timelines.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technology is a fundamental expectation.
  • The successful candidate should be a strategic thinker and an effective problem solver.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop comprehensive strategies and set clear objectives for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Create detailed timelines with key milestones.
  • Identify and keep track of key industry trends.
  • Regularly review data and assess the performance of ongoing digital marketing strategies.
  • Make necessary adjustments to optimise campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage, plan, and maintain digital marketing campaigns across a wide range of channels.This includes overseeing social media ads and display advertising on platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google.
  • Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to create suitable content and highly engaging online ads.
  • Provide suggested angles and stories to enhance the ad content.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to ensure effective campaign execution.
  • Analyse digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team.
  • Develop optimisation plans based on performance data.
  • Forecast campaign growth and ROI for digital marketing initiatives.
  • Manage all online ads activity, focusing on aspects like traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, A/B testing, and reporting.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Monitor ROI and suggest improvements to maximise the return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Manage and maintain the website, including SEO/SEM.
  • Work with external developers for site management, performance improvements, and user experience optimisation.
  • Oversee updates and revisions on the Magento platform as needed.
  • Contribute to revenue growth and enhance the performance of online booking systems.
  • Manage all aspects of ticketing systems, payment processes, and optimise user experiences on the site.
  • Handle all reporting, metrics, performance measures, and analytics related to ticketing and online booking.
  • Plan and oversee the coding and sending of monthly Mailchimp newsletters in collaboration with the Digital Executive.
  • Provide oversight on the reporting of newsletter performance and suggest improvements.
  • Manage a team responsible for creating promo codes and website integration.
  • Troubleshoot ticket issues related to Loket and Magento.
  • Offer expertise in best digital practices for marketing and promotional campaigns to boost ticket sales.
  • Create a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) strategy in collaboration with the digital team.
  • Optimise online reviews on platforms like TripAdvisor and Google by soliciting positive feedback and addressing issues.
  • Generate ideas for loyalty programs and guest rewards to enhance customer retention.
  • Regularly report on the performance and effectiveness of all content and digital platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and optimisation efforts based on the results.
  • Manage the budget allocated for digital marketing activities.
  • Provide monthly reports on digital performance and suggest improvements to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
