Requirements :
- Open for expat and local candidates.
- Min. three years of experience as a Guest Services Manager in a high-end hospitality establishment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Hotel Management, Tourism, or Business.
- Proficient in using property management systems (preferably Oracle, Netsuite, Opera and Google Workspace).
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, capable of inspiring and motivating a diverse team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, adept at handling multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
- Proactive problem solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
- Experience in developing effective customer service strategies.
- Ability to identify and resolve customer service issues.
- Skills in responding to complaints effectively and positively.
Responsibilities :
- Leading, directing, and managing the guest services team.
- Identifying issues and proactively seeking solutions.
- Ensuring staff availability to meet guest needs.
- Ensuring compliance with service standards and operational procedures.
- Interacting positively with guests to ensure their satisfaction.
- Encourage a positive and collaborative work culture among team members.
- Build and implement a comprehensive guest services strategy.
- Conduct routine performance evaluations for each team member.
