One of our clients, a dynamic property management company in Bali, is searching for a highly experienced Reservations and Distributor Manager to join the team immediately with significant pre-opening experience.
The ideal candidate will be working closely with the sales, marketing and operations teams and be responsible for maximising revenue contribution, whilst managing all booking channels, day-today reservations, and property inventories.
Requirements :
- Open for local candidates.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of three years experience as a Distributor Manager or relevant position. Previous experience in Villa Management is a plus.
- Extensive OTA knowledge.
- Analytical skills to monitor and evaluate reservation performance and optimise distribution strategies.
- Ability to analyse reservation data, market trends, and distribution performance to identify opportunities and improvements.
- Good time management skills to coordinate reservation and distribution processes efficiently.
- Must be flexible to respond to urgent messages/WA after hours.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PMS.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Detail oriented and organised.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities :
- Maximising revenue contribution whilst managing all booking channels, day-to-day reservations, and property inventories.
- Implementing strategic and tactical initiatives within the department, controlling online and offline travel agents, expanding direct bookings, determining pricing strategies/yielding, market segmentation, optimising inventories and occupancy, creating promotions.
- Managing reservations processes, billing, reporting, collecting data, and exploring any distribution opportunities.
- Working closely with the sales, marketing and operations teams.
- Ensuring every staff member complies with service standards, departmental policies, and operating procedures.
- Managing and overseeing the reservation process to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Compiling regular reports on reservation and distribution performance.
- Providing management updates on trends and outcomes.
- Responding to reservation complaints or issues quickly and effectively.
- Interacting with customers or distribution partners to understand and resolve problems.
