Are you a creative individual with extensive experience in the Hospitality Industry? One of Bali’s leading hospitality groups is searching for a Front Office Manager to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and current trends with strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the team towards excellence. 

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates. 
  • Min. three years of experience as a Front Office Manager in a high-end hospitality establishment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Hotel Management, Tourism, or Business.
  • Proficient in using property management systems (preferably Oracle, Netsuite, Opera and Google Workspace).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, capable of inspiring and motivating a diverse team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, adept at handling multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Proactive problem solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
  • Experience in developing effective customer service strategies.
  • Ability to identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Skills in responding to complaints effectively and positively.

Responsibilities :

  • Leading, directing, and managing the front office team.
  • Identifying issues and proactively seeking solutions.
  • Ensuring staff availability to meet guest needs.
  • Ensuring compliance with service standards and operational procedures.
  • Interacting positively with guests to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Encourages a positive and collaborative work culture among team members.
  • Builds and implements a comprehensive guest service strategy.
  • Conducts routine performance evaluations for each team member.
