Are you a highly- driven individual with solid experience in the Digital Business & Marketing industry? A physical school for Digital Business located here in Bali is looking for a Community Manager  to join their team immediately.  

The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing an engaged community of students, alumni, faculty, and industry professionals. Your primary goal will be to foster meaningful connections, facilitate knowledge sharing, and ensure a vibrant and supportive learning environment within our digital business education campus.

Requirements : 

  • Open for Local candidates.
  • Min. two years experience in a similar field.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in community management, preferably within an educational or digital business environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse community.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, online collaboration tools, and content management systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and measure the success of community initiatives.
  • Passion for education, digital business, and fostering a sense of community and collaboration.

Responsibilities :

Community Engagement:

  • Develop and implement strategies to actively engage the community members, including students, alumni, faculty, and industry professionals.
  • Foster a sense of belonging and camaraderie within the community by organizing virtual events, webinars, workshops, and networking opportunities.
  • Monitor and moderate community discussions, ensuring adherence to community guidelines and maintaining a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Respond to inquiries, comments, and feedback from community members promptly and professionally.

Content Management:

  • Create and curate relevant and valuable content to share with the community, such as articles, blog posts, case studies, and success stories.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and faculty to develop educational resources and materials that address the needs and interests of the community.
  • Manage the content calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of informative and engaging content.
  • Leverage various communication channels, including social media platforms, forums, and email newsletters, to distribute content and promote community activities.

Relationship Building:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including students, alumni, faculty, and industry professionals.
  • Identify and collaborate with influential community members to amplify the reach and impact of community initiatives.
  • Proactively connect with individuals and groups to identify their needs, gather feedback, and address concerns.
  • Act as a liaison between community members and relevant internal departments to ensure effective communication and support.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor community engagement metrics, such as member activity, participation rates, and sentiment analysis, to assess community health and identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports on community performance, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track the impact of community initiatives on key performance indicators, such as student satisfaction and program outcomes.
