A Bali-based, diverse development group in the creative, professional, legal, and real estate sectors is looking for a Group Human Resources Manager to join their team immediately.

The ideal candidate for the Group Human Resources Manager position is someone with extensive experience in HR management, deep knowledge of HRIS systems, strong analytical skills, and a dedication to developing and implementing effective and innovative human resources policies.

 

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Law, or equivalent. Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Degree is a plus.
  • Minimum three years work experience in Human Resources at management level/Head of People Management, preferably with Group Management/Cluster experiences.
  • Experience working with startup companies is advantageous. 
  • Required skills: Leadership, communication, planning, judgment, execution.
  • Proficiency in operating Microsoft Office, HRIS, and social media.
  • Strong knowledge of labour law, HRIS-ERP, people development, and organisation development.
  • Fluent in English written and spoken.
  • Experience with HRIS-ERP – knowledge of Mekari Talenta a plus.
  • Experience calculating and delivering payroll, including employee taxes, BPJS.
  • Skilled at recruitment for internal purposes at all levels.

Responsibilities :

  • Formulate and recommend policies and practices that will establish positive employee relationships within the cluster of companies.
  • Manage the Human Resources system (Talenta) in the head group company.
  • Develop and implement compensation strategies and salary structures.
  • Create and implement HR strategy, company rules, and SOPs.
  • Develop and implement a performance assessment system (KPI).
  • Design and execute a training and development program for all employees.
  • Manage and oversee the renewal process for Expat Employee Visas, Kitas, and Passports.
  • Control and manage employee contracts within the cluster.
  • Supervise and lead the Human Resources team.
