Human Resources Manager – Property Management (Kerobokan)

One of our clients, a dynamic property management company in Bali, is searching for a highly experienced Human Resources Manager to join the team immediately with significant pre-opening experience. 

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in Indonesian HR regulations and will be working closely with all departments and staff members.  As a leader, the candidate will also be responsible for recruiting, training and supervising the HR team, by ensuring every staff member complies with company standards, departmental policies, and operating procedures.

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates
  • Minimum of three years experience as an HR Manager or relevant position. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken. 
  • People’s person and strong work ethic. 
  • Takes initiative and respects confidentiality. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll systems.
  • Works well under pressure. 
  • Must come from a strong hospitality background. 
  • Previous experience in Property Management is a plus. 
  • In-depth understanding in HR procedures and administration, recruitment, payroll, training, disciplinary, manpower law, company regulations, BPJS and any other governmental benefits, company policies, uniform handling,  local and expatriate contracts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Must be flexible to respond to urgent messages/WA after hours. 
  • Detail oriented and organised. 
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address complex HR issues and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities :

  • Plan and carry out policies relating to all phases of HR activities.
  • Responsible for recruiting, training and supervising the HR Team. 
  • Prepare policies related to employees and systems to implement them. 
  • Maintain contacts within employee-related communities and consistent with company and departmental goals, targets and requirements. 
  • Supervise information flow regarding the venue among employees. 
  • Supervise personnel staff in applying the systems and implementing the personnel policies. 
  • Set up a regular meeting or briefing with personnel staff as well as other employees to maintain a flow of information or review the results of tasks delegated. 
  • Set up a working schedule in accordance to achieve the department goals. 
  • Develop and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  • Coordinates all activities with other related staff or departments. 
  • Implement department regulations at all times.
  • Prepares monthly reports, or whenever required in cooperation with other departments.
