HR Supervisor – Bar & Restaurant Venue (Pererenan)

Are you an excellent communicator with a strong knowledge of HR functions? One of Pererenan’s popular hospitality venues is looking for an HR Supervisor to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate is responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including, orientation, and training of new staff members, and managing payroll. 

Requirements :

• Local candidates only.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/Law/relatable degree.
• Labour Relations certification.
• Previous HR experience in hospitality venues of up to 100 employees. 
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
• Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written in English.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities :

• Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
• Responsible for monitoring and evaluating employee performance to ensure adherence to company standards and goals.
• Ensuring that all employees are organised and satisfied in their work environment.
• Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
• Providing counselling on policies and procedures.
• Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
• Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
• Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
