Are you a highly-driven individual with extensive experience in the Hospitality industry? One of Bali’s leading Villa Management Rental companies is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate is responsible for overseeing the employee hiring and onboarding experience and crafting company policies. This role will focus on employee training and payroll management and requires good knowledge of labour laws.

Requirement :

  • Local candidate only.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum five years of progressive experience in Human Resources or Hospitality Management roles.
  • Prior experience in payroll management or budget oversight is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a responsive and approachable demeanor.
  • Thorough understanding of labour laws and regulations pertinent to the hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, organisational prowess, and adeptness at multitasking.
  • Proficient in conflict resolution with the ability to manage workplace disputes effectively.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
  • Exhibits patience and active listening skills.
  • Should be proactive and able to take initiative.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop hiring plans for every department based on necessities.
  • Monitor employee working and attendance schedules including paid time off, breaks, and overtime.
  • Assess, screen, and interview job candidates.
  • Work to onboard new hires to make them feel comfortable.
  • Execute employee retention programs such as end-of-season bonuses.
  • Organize training programs for all employees such as customer service skills training, sales, and cleanliness.
  • Serve as a liaison for employees who possess enquiries on job-related issues.
  • Administer remuneration, severance, and benefits policies.
  • Make sure staff comply with relevant safety and health rules.
  • Arrange employee records such as contracts, and pay special attention to visas and work permits.
  • Ensures that every employee receives an appraisal every 12 months or as required by management policy, and that all appraisals are reviewed and improvement needs are followed up on as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation, coordination, and execution of employee programs and events, such as regular staff meetings, farewell parties, community service projects, among others.
