The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong client

relationships. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving results as well as managing teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Educational background in Marketing, Communication, or Business is often valued.
  • Previous work experience as an Account Manager or a related role in digital marketing agencies.
  • Proven experience and proficiency in Account Management, Client Services, Client Management in the marketing, branding, and design industry. Agency experience is a plus and qualifications in marketing are advantageous.
  • Fluent English and Indonesian reading, writing and speaking skills.
  • A proven track record of delivering experiential campaigns for clients end-to-end (from ideation to on-site execution) in Branding, Marketing, Design, Copywriting, Website Development, eCommerce, Product Design. 
  • Experience managing a cohesive team across multiple clients, projects and departments.
  • Confident speaking and writing skills for briefs, pitches and presentations.
  • Rapport building skills with all types of people.
  • Extreme attention to detail and care driven work ethic.
  • Enthusiasm about working in an always changing and evolving industry.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and tolerance to occasionally fast paced situations.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and design digital marketing strategies that align with customer objectives and targets.
  • Regularly analyse digital campaign performance and provide improvement recommendations.
  • If required, lead the account team and collaborate with other departments within the company.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with clients, addressing any concerns or adjustments needed.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and addressing client inquiries promptly.
  • Regularly conduct client meetings to gather feedback and assess overall satisfaction.
  • Actively identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
