Requirements :
- Local candidate only.
- Good telephone manner
- Possess strong communication skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills in the English and Indonesia language
- Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds
- Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision
- Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in trainings and professional development
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment
Responsibilities :
- Handling all customer requests
- Handling all correspondence from WhatsApp chat and email
- Handle incoming phone calls
- Following up with any clients that visited the page but did not register / transact within 24 hours
- Attend a weekly meeting with the Company Director to go through the weekly enquiries
- Basic reporting needs
- Be able to answer any client query with ease and smooth communication as per the FAQ sheet
- Learn the various courses that the campus will be offering
