Web Developer – Hospitality Group (Canggu)

Are you an experienced web developer looking for your next exciting opportunity? One of Bali’s leading hospitality groups is searching for a talented Web Developer to join their team immediately.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, independent and an excellent communicator. They will be able to manage their own workflow, juggling many tasks across a number of websites. They will be able to take both directions from managers, and take their own initiative to constantly ensure all websites are up-to-date, secure, and as effective as possible for the end-user.

Requirements :

• Open for local candidates. 
• Proven working experience as a Webmaster or Web developer with minimum 5-years experience.
• Thorough understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Laravel, SQL, SHH, FTP
• Experiencing optimizing for desktop, mobile & tablet devices.
• Proficient in utilizing Adobe Photoshop/InDesign to transform provided graphic designs into web-ready visuals.
• Skilled in employing the WordPress CMS to create and manage web content effectively.
• Experienced in working with a variety of plugins within the WordPress platform.
• Proficient in utilizing API tools like Integromat or Zapier to automate tasks seamlessly.
• Adept at implementing Google Tag Manager for precise tracking and analysis.
• Skilled in integrating marketing pixels (e.g., Facebook, Google) for robust campaign monitoring.
• Experienced in integrating third-party software APIs, including Active Campaign.
• Familiar with e-receipt distribution tools like SendGrid for efficient communication.
• Competent in managing hosting providers (e.g., HostGator, Linode) for optimal site performance.
• Experienced in domain management and acquisition.
• Proficient in using Google Workspace to enhance collaborative workflows.
• Familiar with project management software such as Monday.com for organized teamwork.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with Elementor for website design is advantageous.
• Skilled in employing compression techniques to enhance site loading speed.

Responsibilities :

• Diligently updating and consistently maintaining the websites of the company and its affiliated business units to ensure they remain current and relevant.
• Proficiently undertaking the development of new websites from inception to fruition, ensuring they align with the company’s objectives and branding.
• Thoroughly testing the functionality and visual coherence of websites on diverse browsers, operating systems, and devices to guarantee a seamless user experience across all platforms.
• Skillfully implementing optimization strategies to enhance loading speeds and augment the capacity of the websites, resulting in improved user satisfaction and engagement.
