Are you a highly- driven individual with extensive experience in the Hospitality industry? One of Bali’s leading Villa Management Rental companies is looking for a Villa Manager to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate is responsible for the day to day management of the assigned villa, ensuring that the guests’ needs are met at all times while maintaining the company’s very high standards.

Requirement :

  • Local candidate only.
  • Min. two years of related experience in a similar field.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Background in customer service/ front office from 4 / 5* hotel or luxury villa market with min. two years experience.
  • Able to build and maintain smooth operations. 
  • Should be proactive and able to take initiatives.
  • Teamwork skills and ability to manage other villa staff and their schedule. 
  • Excellent in negotiation, listening and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Good communication skills and service oriented.

Responsibilities :

  • Inspect properties ready for check-in.
  • Report property problems.
  • Supervise problems fixed by in-house engineers or contractors.
  • Resolve guest complaints.
  • Responsible for instructing, scheduling, supervising FO, HK, pool and garden staff.
  • Make sure utility bills are paid on time (electric and wifi).
  • Make sure all supply restocks (linen, towels and laundry).
  • Make sure checkout procedure, property inventory card, keys handling, owner requests and guest upsales.
  • Repost and approve property expenses.
  • Make inspection for the properties / quality control.
  • Inspection before check in and check out for guests (make sure all amenities, electricity, wifi, supplies are in good condition).
  • Regular check for the electricity meter.
  • Check amenities inventory together with the HK team.
  • Supervise contractor or vendor interventions at the property. 
  • Report any issues found in the properties to the area manager and assist with work orders. 
  • Answer to guests requests pre-arrival and during the stay. 
  • Welcome guests when checked in every time needed.
  • Make sure all other departments (HK, Garden, Maintenance) follow the SOP put in place. 
  • Coordinate with the reservation team for special requests, reservations and complaints.
