Videographer – Hospitality Group (Canggu)

Are you a creative videographer with extensive experience in the Hospitality Industry? One of Bali’s leading hospitality groups is searching for a videographer to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate is responsible for capturing and creating visual content to promote the establishment and will need to film and edit high-quality videos that showcase the unique atmosphere and captivating events at the venue. 

Requirements :

• Open for local and expat candidates. 
• Min. two years of related experience in a similar field.
• Proven experience as a videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your videography skills and creativity.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Excellent knowledge of camera equipment, including DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, and stabilisers.
• Strong understanding of lighting techniques and audio recording principles for optimal video quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines without compromising video quality.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills to manage multiple video projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and video optimisation techniques for online distribution.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to video projects.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the marketing and events team.
• Flexibility to work during weekends, public holidays, and evening events as required.

Responsibilities :

• Produce engaging and visually stunning videos that highlight the ambiance and facilities.
• Film and edit promotional videos, event recaps, and social media content to drive brand visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards for each video project.
• Operate and maintain camera equipment, ensuring optimal performance and quality of footage.
• Conduct pre-shoot preparations, including location scouting, lighting setup, and audio recording.
• Capture and edit footage in a timely manner while maintaining high technical and artistic standards.
• Stay updated on current videography trends, techniques, and equipment to continuously improve the quality of video productions.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless coordination during live events and production shoots.
• Manage and organise video files for easy retrieval and future use.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in video style and tone.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new video ideas and concepts to enhance brand visibility and attract more customers.
