Are you an experienced, energetic individual with solid experience in the Human Resources Industry? One of Bali’s pioneering Property Development companies is looking for a Vice President of Human Resources to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the HR function within the organization. You will play a critical role in developing and executing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support our business objectives and foster a positive work culture. This is a key leadership position that will contribute to the overall success and growth of the company.

Requirement :

  • Open for Local Candidates.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Senior HR leader, with a minimum of 4 years in a VP or similar role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in Indonesia.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and develop high-performing HR teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive HR initiatives that align with business objectives and support organizational growth.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.
  • Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership on all HR-related matters.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Oversee performance management programs, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct market analysis to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive.
  • Develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting open communication and collaboration.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and work-life balance.
  • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Implement a comprehensive leadership development strategy to nurture internal talent and succession planning.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions on various HR-related topics.
  • Develop and analyze HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports for executive leadership on HR metrics, trends, and insights.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and make informed decisions.
