UI/UX Designer – Hospitality Group (Canggu)

Are you a motivated individual with creative experience searching for a fresh career opportunity? One of Bali’s leading hospitality groups is searching for a UI/UX Designer to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate is responsible for designing the user interface and enhancing the overall user experience of our digital products. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to transform ideas into visually stunning and user-friendly designs. 

Requirements :

• Open for local candidates. 
• Min. three years of related experience in a similar field.
• A portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design work and process. 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or a similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles.  
• Experience with animation and motion design.
• Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and principles. 

Responsibilities :

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Use insights to inform design decisions. 
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualise and communicate design concepts effectively. 
• Develop visually appealing and consistent user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience. 
• Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs to improve usability and user satisfaction. 
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure design feasibility and a seamless product development process. 
• Create and maintain design documentation, style guides, and design specifications for development teams. 
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to incorporate into our design process.
