One of Bali’s leading online interior design platforms is looking for a talented marketing/personal assistant to support the management team. The right candidate needs to be motivated, passionate in social media, eager to learn and able to work in a team as well as independently. The ideal candidate will be able to seamlessly develop & implement all social media and content activities to increase brand awareness, foot traffic and sales.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding organisation skills
  • Exceptional communication skills in English both written and oral form
  • Experience working with Canva, google drive and shopify and also Later
  • Previous experience in digital marketing and social media
  • Proven experience in writing social media and marketing copy
  • Strong project management skills
  • Solid experience working across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube
  • Demonstrated reporting experience
  • Experience managing an influencer/media community
  • Experience developing and executing social media strategy

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing a social media plan for all brand channels
  • Sourcing and creating imagery and content for social media, this will involve attendance shoots at certain venues
  • Content creation – including social media, website copy, videos
  • Daily community monitoring and management of multiple social media accounts
  • Maintaining and updating all digital marketing platforms (including websites)
  • Preparing and maintaining marketing collateral advertising
  • Generating and analysing monthly reports on social media campaign performance
  • Producing regular newsletters for our customers
  • Manage campaigns to improve brand awareness of key stakeholders
  • Assisting in event coordination and day-to-day marketing activities as required
  • Providing administrative support to the management team to include reporting, calendar maintenance, research work, answering community messages, booking flights/ accommodation/ trips.
