Are you a creative individual with extensive experience in Social Media Marketing?  One of Bali’s leading hospitality groups is searching for a Social Media Manager to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate is responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive conversions,  highlight the brand’s pillars and USPs. You will be responsible for managing our company’s social media accounts, creating and scheduling high quality content, and monitoring social media metrics.

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates. 
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including their features, algorithms, newest trends and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging content.
  • Detail oriented to avoid content inaccuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends and techniques.
  • Passion for social media and staying up-to-date with industry developments.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to promote company brand, products, and services, in accordance with strategy communicated by Management.
  • Create and schedule high quality, accurate, up to date content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Tiktok, and YouTube.
  • Manage all aspects of company social media accounts, including profile creation, posting, engagement, and followers growth. Also content creation along with the content team and coordinator.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices, then implement them in accordance with the brand and business strategy.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify industry trends and adjust our strategies accordingly.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, direct messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing manager to ensure consistency in brand messaging and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and use the insights to optimise future campaigns.
  • Keep track of key industry blogs and media partners and develop collaboration opportunities alongside the marketing coordinators.
  • Stay informed about relevant industry news, trends, and events to identify content opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Identify and establish relationships with industry influencers and brand advocates for potential collaborations or partnerships. Manage influencer campaigns, including content creation, tracking, and reporting.
