Are you a creative individual with extensive experience in Social Media Marketing?  One of Bali’s leading hospitality groups is searching for a Social Media Manager to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage the target audience, and drive customer acquisition and retention. You will play a pivotal role in managing social media presence, crafting compelling content, and analysing performance metrics to optimise social media efforts.

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Min. two years of related experience in a similar field.
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with research methods using data analytics software.
  • Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software.
  • Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
  • Excellent project management skills to consistently meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s goals, target audience, and brand identity.
  • Identify key social media platforms to reach the target audience effectively.
  • Stay abreast of social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure strategies remain innovative and impactful.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media initiatives with broader marketing campaigns.

Content Creation and Curation

  • Create and curate engaging, creative, and high-quality content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.
  • Write compelling and persuasive copy that aligns with the brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.
  • Collaborate with design and creative teams to develop visually appealing and shareable content assets.
  • Ensure content is optimised for each social media platform and adheres to SEO best practices.

Social Media Management

  • Manage all social media accounts and ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across platforms.
  • Monitor and moderate user-generated content and engage with followers, comments, and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Implement social media listening strategies to identify trends, conversations, and opportunities for engagement.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant conversations to stay informed and adjust social media strategies accordingly.

Community Building and Engagement:

  • Develop and execute community-building initiatives to foster a loyal and engaged social media following.
  • Encourage user-generated content and facilitate discussions to increase brand advocacy.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers, partners, and brand ambassadors to amplify our social media reach and engagement.
  • Plan and execute social media contests, campaigns, and collaborations to drive user participation and interaction.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyse social media metrics, such as engagement, reach, impressions, conversions, and sentiment.
  • Generate regular reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Utilise analytics tools to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stay informed about the latest social media tracking tools, technologies, and industry trends.
