Are you a highly motivated individual with extensive experience in recruitment? One of Bali’s leading Headhunting Agencies is expanding their team and searching for a Senior Recruitment Executive to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate is responsible for developing recruitment strategies aligned with organisational goals, crafting accurate job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels and understanding client objectives and hiring needs, researching their company and market landscape. 

Requirements :

  • Local and expat candidates. 
  • Fluent in English (oral and written) 
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required. 
  • Previous experience in Human Resources or Recruitment is essential, with at least three years of experience for mid to senior level roles. 
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, compensation, benefits, performance management, talent acquisition, and employee relations is crucial. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build relationships, communicate effectively with candidates at all levels, and influence key clients / stakeholders.
  • Be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work closely with department heads and senior management to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities :

  • Work with the talent acquisition team to ensure the recruitment and selection of top talent for their clients. 
  • Build a strong database and network of APAC based clients looking to expand their personnel and presence in Indonesia.
  • Know your clients strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs.
  • Conduct research into clients’ company, competitors and marketplace.
  • Source talent within a broad range of sectors and industries. 
  • Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.
  • Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references and check credits.
  • Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.
  • Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion.
  • Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate’s transition and on-boarding process.
  • Liaise with the marketing team to promote the latest job opportunities across all group social media platforms and networks.
  • Attend key networking events and seminars.
  • Partner with all sister group business leaders to understand their hiring goals and objectives. 
  • Complete and update the recruitment database.
