Are you passionate about travel, have an eye for detail and a knack for delivering highly personalized customer service? A recognized global leader in luxury small ship cruises is searching for a Sales & Reservations Executive to join their team immediately. The ideal candidate will have had previous experience working in a luxury travel agency or tour operator as a travel or hospitality consultant or travel advisor. 


  • Local or expatriate candidates (Bali-based)
  • Undergraduate Degree with a preference for education in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or other relevant fields
  • Tech savvy, with an ability to learn new computer systems quickly and effectively 
  • Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
  • Personal travel experience a plus
  • Native English speaking or fluent in English is a must
  • Service oriented with highly personalized people skills
  • Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively with an international clientele
  • Planning, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Professional and articulate verbal and written interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures calmly and professionally


  • Manage trade inbound booking inquiries from Agent Portal, email, phone, referral, and live chat platform 
  • Determine client’s needs and wishes and suggest suitable cruise options
  • Supply customers with pertinent information and useful travel materials to influence decision making
  • Provide customers with timely, high-quality, and personalized service
  • Resolve customer concerns with the goal of converting inquiries to bookings 
  • Reach and exceed revenue targets 
  • Cross-sell or up-sell when appropriate
  • Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for rebooking and refund requests
  • Listen and document feedback from customers and suggest improvements in sales, marketing, and operations processes whenever appropriate
