Are you a highly- driven individual with solid experience in sales and business development? One of our clients, Bali’s largest garment manufacturer, is searching for a Sales Officer to join the team immediately. 

The ideal candidate must be able to build good relationships with customers, understand their needs, able to identify sales opportunities, work independently, and achieve sales targets set.

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa is mandatory.
  • Minimum two years of experience as a Sales officer or similar position.
  • A proven track record in garment sales or a related field, demonstrating your ability to achieve and surpass B2B sales goals.
  • A strong passion for fashion, coupled with an in-depth knowledge of the garment industry and current market trends in the B2B sector is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in both oral and written English to communicate effectively with clients.
  • A target and result-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM software, Email, and Zoom to streamline your sales process.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities, allowing you to efficiently manage your B2B sales pipeline and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A high level of integrity and professionalism in all your interactions, as the company upholds the highest ethical standards in their B2B business relationships.

Responsibilities :

  • Proactively seeking out and approaching potential wholesale customers to promote and showcase their diverse range of garment products.
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets, significantly contributing to the overall expansion and profitability of the company’s B2B operations.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our wholesale clients by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive and seamless buying experience.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and engaging promotional campaigns tailored to their wholesalers. 
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of garment products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Engage in business-to-business (B2B) sales activities, collaborating with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
