Sales Representative – Argentinian Food Factory (Denpasar)

One of Bali’s food factories located in Denpasar, producing traditional and handcrafted Argentine pastries, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate will be someone who demonstrates high dedication to achieving sales targets, possesses exceptional communication skills, understands customer needs deeply and has strong negotiation skills. The candidate must have a background in the F&B industry and know the dynamics of the Bali market and landscape. 

Requirements: 

• Open for local candidates.
• Minimum two years of proven experience in sales is required.
• Preference with a background in the Food and Beverage industry, accompanied by a comprehensive understanding of the Bali market dynamics. 
• Demonstrable proficiency in negotiation techniques is essential.
• A strong orientation towards achieving set targets is expected.
• This position is available on a flexible basis, accommodating part-time, full-time, or freelance.
• Willingness to operate autonomously with minimal supervision.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach toward achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and reaching out to prospective clients to generate leads.
• Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Developing sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Providing product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals.
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries or concerns.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
• Meeting regularly with sales managers to report on progress and discuss strategies.
• Hunting and visiting clients or potential clients.
