Are you a highly- driven individual with a solid experience in sales and business development? One of Bali’s premier marketing agencies specialising in the sales and promotion of exclusive yachts in Indonesia is looking for a Sales position to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate is responsible for managing both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) inquiries for the exclusive yachts under their management in Indonesia. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, build strong relationships with prospective clients, and facilitate the sale of luxury yachts. 

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates only.
  • Min. two years of related experience in a similar field.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the luxury goods, automotive, marine, or real estate industries. Experience in yacht sales is a significant advantage. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. 
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with high- net-worth individuals, industry stakeholders, and potential business partners. 
  • Proactive and driven to achieve sales targets and meet or exceed performance goals. 
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills. 
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic. 
  • Meticulous in maintaining accurate records, preparing sales proposals, and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete. 
  • Willingness to travel, attend industry events, and work irregular hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities :

  • Proactively identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, industry events, referrals, and networking. 
  • Engage with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and provide detailed information about their exclusive yachts, highlighting their unique features, capabilities, and benefits. 
  • Utilise a consultative approach to understand client needs and recommend suitable yachts from their portfolio. 
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of yacht specifications, performance, maintenance, and ownership details to address client queries effectively. 
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, including high-net- worth individuals, yacht enthusiasts, yacht clubs, luxury travel agencies, yacht charter companies, and other potential B2B partners. 
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients. 
  • Follow up on leads, provide sales proposals, conduct yacht inspections, and facilitate the closing process. 
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and develop effective sales strategies. 
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, participate in yacht shows and exhibitions, and leverage digital marketing campaigns to enhance sales efforts. 
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and cultivating long-term relationships with clients. 
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales-related documentation. 
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and potential leads for management review.
