Requirement :
- Open for local candidates and must be based in Bali.
- Min. three years of related experience in a similar field.
- Minimum education of Bachelor’s Degree (S1 or D4) or equivalent experience in managing a program.
- Minimum four years of sales experience with proven sales results – must be able to demonstrate from previous positions.
- Have Indonesian drivers licence type A and C and willing to arrange own transport.
- Must have own laptop.
- Must be able to demonstrate professional correspondence in Indonesian and English, spoken and written.
- Demonstrated experience in sales for F&B and/or Hospitality industry in Bali.
- Metrics focused, attention to detail and overachiever.
- Experience creating sales strategies and managing a sales team to get the job done.
- Must be able to provide a reference from a previous employer where proven sales results were accomplished.
- A great personality and a strong moral character.
- Professional in all interactions: dress code, verbal and written.
- Able to work independently and with a team.
- Ability to work in the office and in the field meeting with partners.
Responsibilities :
- Report directly to the CEO and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop urban and corporate sales strategies and tactics.
- Determine quarterly KPI’s and metrics for monthly sales targets.
- Execute on abovementioned sales tactics using all means necessary: door to door, open booth, call, whatsapp, email and other sales channels.
- Ensure accurate and on-time sales data input into CRM.
- Working with Marketing Specialist to conduct branding / sales activities on the field, such as attending events/conferences, whenever necessary.
- Meet monthly sales targets.
- Report field observations to management to improve existing sales strategy.
- Commit to keeping detailed customer information and working with in-office team on execution of customer service procedure.
- Manage Sales Team: Business Lead and Events Coordinator, to follow up on inbound and outbound sales leads, returning customers/ replacement filters, support to close sales with promotions/discounts/upsell products as needed, follow up with distributors, CSR leads handing off to Social Programs Lead.
- With Marketing Specialist create, manage team, and execute on strong inbound marketing strategies to convert leads and customers.
- Commit to weekly meetings with office team.
- Collaborate with finance / accountant to ensure all Sales Orders are made within 30 minutes of request Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm.
- Grow and manage sales team in region by developing sales guide, training programs, incentives and commissions structure.
