Are you a highly reliable individual looking for a brand new opportunity? One of Bali’s leading fitness and wellness venues is looking for a Sales Manager to join their team immediately. 

The Sales Manager will need to develop and secure business across various market segments. The primary goal will be to increase revenue through wholesale and corporate markets by researching and targeting business in competitors, locally, nationally and overseas.

Requirements :

  • Open for Local candidates only.
  • Diploma or above in sales marketing management or related discipline.
  • Min. of three years’ relevant experience in Sales & Marketing.
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well organized and detail-minded with strong sales techniques.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Team player, dynamic personality and highly motivated.
  • Can do attitude, proactive and strong marketer.
  • Strong level of understanding concerning the market.
  • Results oriented.

Responsibilities :

  • Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns. 
  • Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives. 
  • Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally.
  • Preparing sales budget and projections and approving expenditures.
  • Tracking and analysing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.
  • Setting discount rates and determining price schedules.
  • Advising distributors and dealers on venue policies and SOPs.
  • Serving as the face of the organisation to internal and external partners.
  • Making data informed decisions to drive performance and resources allocation.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
  • Setting sales quotas and goals.
  • Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team.
  • Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
