Expat Senior Marketing Manager – Fitness and Healthy Lifestyle Centre (Canggu)

Are you a motivated candidate with a strong marketing background? One of Bali’s leading Fitness and Healthy Lifestyle Centres is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate is responsible for for developing and executing marketing strategies, obtaining market research and business reports that identify current trends

Requirements :

• Expat candidates only
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant field
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
• Has a measurable understanding of company branding
• Proficient in developing, executing, and measuring demand generation programs that keep customers and prospects engaged throughout the funnel
• Strong knowledge of content development and SEM
• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
• Attention to detail, including a proven ability to simultaneously manage multiple competing priorities
• Excellent interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
• A deep understanding of the brand and its history
• Managerial / Leadership skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Pro-active and taking initiative
• Must be adaptable to change of strategy, ideas, and systems

Responsibilities :

• Leading and managing a team to reach setting goals and objectives, providing guidance and mentorship, and managing performance.
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies, includes creating campaigns and setting marketing goals.
• Responsible for allocating resources and managing budgets for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Analyzing data and customer insights make informed decisions about marketing strategies and tactics.
• Developing relationships with customers and partners to build strong relationships with customers and partners, which can help drive brand loyalty and increase sales.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with company goals.
• Responsible for managing the creation of content for marketing campaigns, including social media posts.
