Are you a highly- driven individual with a solid experience in sales and business development? One of Bali’s Premium Dairy companies is searching for a Sales Executive to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. They should be confident in proactively engaging with executive chefs and establishing relationships with food retail stockists. Comprehensive product training will be provided to ensure you are well-equipped to represent the product offerings effectively and meet the demands of the clientele.

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates. 
  • Min. three years previous experience of sales in Food & Beverage Industry.
  • Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) or Bachelors degree. 
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. 
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills. 
  • Proven experience as a sales executive or similar role. 
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian. 
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques. 
  • Fast learner with a passion for sales. 
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. 
  • A cheese lover is an added bonus. 

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs across both B2B and B2C. 
  • Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate products through sampling.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. 
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products. 
  • Track, manage and report on the sales pipeline. 
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and sampling. 
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences. 
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. 
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. 
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with the internal team.
