One of our clients, a dynamic property management company in Bali, is searching for a Sales Agent to join the team immediately. 

The ideal candidate is responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Min. three years experience as a Sales Agent or relevant position. Previous experience in Real Estate is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field. 
  • Immaculate personal presentation.
  • Sales techniques and negotiating skills.
  • Fluent in English, and a second language would be a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive approach and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office.
  • Motivation to achieve sales targets and a high orientation towards results.
  • Good time management skills to organise customer visits or calls.
  • Has own motorbike and used to being on the road.
  • Ability to collaborate with other departments and work effectively in a team.
  • Must be flexible to respond to urgent messages/WA after hours.

Responsibilities: 

  • Reporting to the Sales Manager.
  • Work on prospecting offline travel agents for the company from time to time.
  • Familiar with ROI calculations as well as sales techniques.
  • Has a good negotiating skill, with the ability to close deals and show swift results.
  • Knows Bali well, and is able to drive around on a motorbike.
  • Seeking and identifying potential customers for the offered products or services.
  • Delivering presentations about the product or service to potential customers.
  • Being responsible for closing sales with customers.
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with customers.
  • Understanding customer needs and preferences to provide suitable solutions.
  • Understanding the product or service in-depth and providing accurate information to customers.
  • Understanding the characteristics of the target market and adapting sales strategies accordingly.
  • Monitoring market trends and gathering competitive information.
