Are you a highly- driven individual with a solid experience in sales and administrative duties? One of Bali’s premier marketing agencies is looking for a Sales Admin position to join their team immediately. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing bookings for the company’s vessels, including upcoming ones. This involves handling passenger information, payments, and assisting clients during the booking process. Additionally, you will manage top sales bookings and collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth client cruises. 

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates only.
  • Min. two years of related experience in a similar field.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the luxury goods, automotive, marine, or real estate industries. Experience in yacht sales is a significant advantage. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork.
  • Excellent communication abilities for interacting with the team and clients.
  • Proficiency in relevant sales software and tools.
  • Problem-solving and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Basic understanding of sales reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities :

  • Managing bookings for our company’s vessels and top sales.
  • Assisting guests with payments and providing guidance on payment methods.
  • Sending friendly reminders for payment proofs if necessary.
  • Collaborating with the accounting department for payment verification.
  • Securely storing invoices and receipts in Dropbox, organised by boat names.
  • Collecting passenger information, including passports, vaccination certificates, dive documents, guest forms, and boat-specific terms & conditions.
  • Addressing guest queries and requests promptly during the information collection process.
  • Storing passenger details securely in Dropbox, categorised by the boat’s name.
  • Providing complete passenger information to boat operators at least four weeks before departure, along with any specific client requests.
  • Ensuring accuracy and completeness of passenger information.
  • Sending balance payment reminders to guests seven days before due.
