Requirements :

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field. A Master Degree is a plus.
- Proven experience of 3+ years in revenue management within the hospitality or property management industry.
- Strong understanding of online distribution channels, OTAs and e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in revenue management and analytic tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Data driven mindset with the ability to translate insight into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with leadership experience or potential.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to optimise overall revenue performance.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and pricing strategies.
- Monitor industry benchmarks and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee and manage relationships with online travel agencies (OTAs) and other e-commerce platforms.
- Implement effective pricing strategies based on demand, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with overall business goals.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities and mentorship to foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
